First of all I would like to mention that I was not here for the trial therefore I did not know some of the points position one made. Despite not being here on the day of the trial, I was present during the discussion. I had learned that position one had some weak statement. This is totally irrelevant but, position one might have had a harder time due to the limited arguments that could have been made. Of course life has a meaning. It is hard to oppose this question because it goes against nature. I had stated that we struggle to live. If there was no meaning to life why struggle to live? Also we eat food because we need to survive. This is also a fact we know and this contributes to the idea of life having a meaning. If life was dull and was just given to us, then we wouldn't want to live and fight everyday. We would all be depressed and be negative towards life, thus making us want to commit suicide.
